| This stylish Indian restaurant, with its exotic colours, is pure Bollywood as is owner Asha Bhosle, the most recorded singer in the world. In recent years, she has turned her passion for home cooked Indian food into a successful business, recently scooping up Best Newcomer in the British Curry Awards. Traditional North-Western Indian cuisine and family recipes inspire the menu and fond memories of her mother’s vegetarian cooking means veggies are spoilt for choice! Try her mother’s favourite Hare Baingan Ka Bartha, roasted aubergine with green chillies, garlic and fresh coriander. Asha’s own recipes also appear on the menu, such as Chandni Chowk ka Keema - minced lamb cooked with Asha’s secret spice mix - which you can eat to the beat of some of Asha’s favourite tracks. |
